Working for the NHS was my first step into the world of corporate IT. I assisted in the operation and management of a shared service IT solutions environment serving 7000 users over 4 separate customers. Day to day duties included management of the following solutions, Commvault + offline backup media, Active Directory, Exchange 2013, file server NTFS perms. M365, Citrix Xenapp, Citrix Netscaler, Cisco VPN, SCCM imaging.
Technical Projects Delivered:
* 200 device Konica MFD refresh.
* PrinterLogic secure print solution design/deployment.
* Citrix XenApp 7.8 deployment.
