As the Technical Architect at Darktrace, I lead the IT solution design and internal disaster recovery operations for one of the world’s most advanced AI cyber security businesses. With over half a decade at the company, I played a key role in modernising the internal technology stack, preparing the company for pre-IPO & IPO stages, leading IT/Security teams during the Cybersprint acquisition, creating dedicated Microsoft Admin/Disaster Recovery teams and developing our blue operational capabilities.

* Full Active Directory re-design.
* Exchange 2016 re-design.
* SSO solution deployment. (Entra ID + supporting solutions)
* Greenfield Intune MDM. Windows, MacOS, iOS.
* Hypervisor hardware refresh. Hyper-V.
* DR environment + secondary site design. (Veeam B&R + supporting solutions)
* Darktrace Federal, full business IT Stack.
* Dev Test environments based on Microsoft technologies.
* Automated user account lifecycle based on HR system employee status.
* ADCS deployment for SMIME Certs using Offline Root.
* Replaced SEPM AV with Defender for Windows + Sophos for MacOS.
* Azure Sentinel deployment.
